CH El Zolario Male Saluki   1/29/1931 (deceased) Color: Red Owner: Edward Aldrich (Diamond Hill) Breeder: Mr C Franklin, England AKC 972006 Sire: Ali Baba of Iraq Dam: Aziza El Zolario, imported from England and one of Edward Alrich's (Diamond Hill) foundation studs, received his championship in 35 days in 4 shows. He showed 11 times and won 11 Best of Breed titles. He also was the second Saluki to win the Hound Group (Amherstia Natishah of Redledge won a Group five years prior). El Zolario died in 1941 undefeated in the breed in this country. He was from Iraq descent. Before his import from England, El Zolaria won 3 first prizes at the Saluki Club Show, the same year he defeated his brother Zebedee-el-Kizil, Best of all Breeds, at the Coventry Show and was winner of the Saluki Cup at Rugby.
