64cm
Of the progeny of these two (Djipso x Rafty des Porphyres), the most brilliant was their grandson Indo, a dog of good size (64cm), of great elegance, admirable character who replaced his grandfather Djipso as stud and accumulated many successes at shows. The start of the 1940 war slowed down seriously the production of this stud and also the shows. When the war was over, Indo began again to be shown and to be used at stud. This admirably preserved stud won his last CAC 10 years after his first. The BS by Andrews & Cloutt
It is interesting to note that the brothers Isard and Indo, both blacks, are the ancestors of Chrysis du Clos St Jacques, one of the early post WWII Tervuren imports, and also Zulvo and Zamorane, two of the early post WWII Groenendael imports. It also should be noted that Ugine de Montplaisir was a key dog in the transmission of the recessive black 'at' gene in the Tervuren in France. BBA p96

also in 1946 Chiens de France p33 as sire of Lisko du M'Nu Bos
