The kennel Beaux Sillons produced very little in Brittany, but always used subjects of good origins. It was faithful to the Groenendael variety for many years of production. Unfortunately, in this region where the hunting dog is king, the conditions were not favorable for its full expansion, in spite of a very worthy production.
In 1934 and 1935 this kennel took its first CACIB with the male Hadji du Chemin des Dames, later sold to the USA, and with the female Helsa de l'Etoile Blanche.
The female Helsa, bred to Harder de la Clef des Champs, whelped Isba des Beaux Sillons. Isba was kept by the kennel and won the kennel's first CAC. BBA p78
