Elan LOSH 40734 was born on 19 July 1930, sired by Cadol (Carlo du Souverain), who was from pure Tervueren lines back to Milsart. Elan's dam was Olivette (Mirette du Colzas), a daughter of Jinox and Noisette. Elan combined the old Tervueren lines with the newer Tervueren from Malinois origins. Bred to the grey Themis, Elan sired the fawn Milie du Royal Souvenir on April 2, 1932. Milie first entered Mr F Corbeel's kennel in Tervueren. Bred to Telby LOSH 40435, Milie du Royal Souvenir produced Irettine (Mirette de la Ferme Termunt) on March 29, 1934, then was sold to the Cheniats kennel in Couillet. Irettine became the foundation bitch for Mr E Desees' Ferme Termunt kennel in Tervueren that flourished into the 1960s. Hist of the Terv p22
