CACIB Paris, Brussels etc, CAC breed specials of 1964, 1965 and 1966.
Although Parc de l'Hay is primarily a Groenendael kennel, the alliance of the Groenendael Harlem du Clos Rosny to Gaiety du Parc de l'Hay produced many other-than-fawn offspring. (Note: The grey color could either have come from Djinn, whose father and mother both produced grey offspring, or through the Groenendael ancestors.)
Milko was a grey beige, well blackened, of good medium size with a remarkable head, exceptional pigmentation, great elegance, an excellent coat, minimum but sufficient bone. Well known for his awards won in the Other-than black category, he was mostly bred to Groenendael bitches and will probably have a future descendance in this variety. BBA p83
Milko, a charcoaled sable grey, participated in a large number of French and foreign shows, and was able to produce an impressive list of CACIB's as well as many victories, particularly in the Paris championship shows, and in the breed specials where the competition is the strongest.
Milko served as a stud to many females in all long hair varieties, and his offspring have begun a career which will certainly confirm his brilliance. BBA p108
