RE Champion and Int Ch Louky des Severiers, BTr is generally acknowledged as the greatest "raceur" of his generation. Born on 13 March 1975 by Ch and Int Ch RE Ranke de Donjon de Vincennes, BTr (Groenendael) X Vesta de la Fontaine du Buis (Groenendael) Louky was shown on eight occasions - and was Best Subject all Varieties on each of the eight occasions. He was the Best Reproducteur Groenendael for the years 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984. Louky was bred by M Montfort (France) and is owned by MM Racque (France) who was also the owner of Louky's sire RE and Ch and Int Ch Ranke du Donjon de Vincennes.

He was shown 8 times only, winning Best Belgian Shepherd in all varieties each time. He was an excellent producer - 332 puppies to 41 bitches. In the first generation, 32 dogs became sr, 9 French CH and 8 foreign CH. His offspring were also influential in the working field. Complete BSD p147
