What a trip. Sokol was such a great dog to travel with. He was a dream flying, a great car campanion and a doll at the Bed and Breakfast in Brimingham. Not to mention a complete doll all day at Crufts. There is nothing like Curfts over 23,000 yes that is correct 23,000 dogs in 4 days. The shopping is beyond what the mind can imagine. Sokol was entered in the open dog class. Patricia handled him beautifully. Even though he was not what the judge was looking for that day, we were ever so proud to see him show so beautifully and just seeing him in the ring at Crufts was a thrill beyond. We also had the honor of having our friend and Sokols grandmother, Brigitta Stinchcolmbe, there to share the experience with us. She is from Emmabourne Kennels in Sweden. She bred Sokols dam Tessa, Am & Can Ch Emmabourne Enchantress UD OA PT TDI. What was missed was his other grandmother, Sheila Rentschler, who is Ganymede Kennel. We know she was there in spirit cheering him on to win. It was just such a great day and such a great trip. If any of you ever get the chance you have to go and experience this show.
