She was WB/BW/BOB over males Specials for a 4 point major and BOB for 2 pts and Herding Group 3 at 10 months. Maddie finished with another major at a supported entry at 13 months. Maddie finished her CD in style! She earned her last leg with a 194.5 and 1st place. The next day she did even better, going 196.5 for another 1st place and HIT from Novice A! In agility she picked up her two UKC AG1 legs at her first trial. The next weekend she picked up two NA legs and a NAJ leg with two first places! Pretty and talented, just what a Belgian should be! Maddie finished her NAJ title with a run that was 17 seconds under course time and first place. She now has her OA with fast times and placements, her CDX. She finished her RA with two 100 scores and two 1st places! Owned and Trained by Cathy Sheeter. (Isengard Belgians) Maddie is my heart dog and everything that a Belgian should be... biddable, athletic, intelligent, enthusiastic, confident and beautiful! For a belgian she is very outgoing and loves most everyone. She has always been able to take whatever comes at her in stride and never gets too stressed by anything. She is the easiest dog to live with, but ready to do something at the drop of a hat. She has been a dream dog as a first show dog and I thank her breeder every day for letting this special girl come into my life as a first Belgian! She has set a very high standard for any future dogs to follow.... Maddie has produced two litters, one at Isengard and one here at Aphelion. Unfortunately, five out of the eight boys in Maddie's combined litters out of two unrelated sires (2/4-first litter, 3/4-second) were either monorchid or cryptorchid. As a result she will not be bred again and will be spayed in 2009.
