Minox (Minox du Camp) LOSH 15141 was born on 6 May 1921, from 5+ generations of known Malinois ancestry. He was a fawn with black masking and a blackened collarette. That same year, on 22 November, Colette ex Folette was born, with four generations of known Malinois origins behind her. Tervueren had been born in Malinois litters for years prior to this, but their lines had not continued. The Tervueren from Malinois had better masking, longer fixed in the Malinois lines than in the Tervueren lines of that time.
Minox and Colette ex Folette were bred together, producing a litter in 1924 that forever altered Tervueren and Groenendael history and genealogies. The breeder was Mr J Dessart of Binche.
A third littermate, Noisette, first entered Mr E Rombeaux's kennel in La Louviere, where bred to her littermate, Jinox, she produced Flip LOSH 29407 and Olivette (Mirette du Colas), on 15 April 1926. Later sold to Mr E Rombeaux in Binche, Noisette was bred to her nephew Ducyno and produced Nette de la Cite des Gilles on 12 April 1934. Flip, also owned by Mr E Rombeaux of Binche, was used by Mr Jean Beaudoux's Infernal kennel, siring Copain de l'Infernal, a Groenendael who is reputed to be the actual sire of Fascotte, an important foundation bitch for the Mont-Sara Groenendael kennel in Binche, begun in 1930.
