On 6 November 1937 a litter was whelped in France that contained the Tervueren Lola LOF 1BBTer 38. The breeder was Mr Lory. The sire and dam,, Jonas and Gipsy de l'Etoile Blanche, were Groenendaels, and Lakme (Minox x Colette ex Folette) was her maternal great grand dam. Lola entered the Etoile Blanche kennel of Mme Battut, where her Tervueren and Groenendael descendants influenced the French Etoile Blanche, Sang Bleu, Mordant, Loirs Kerello, Maguechnott, Montplaisir, and Chemin des Dames kennels during and shortly after World War II. Modern descendants abound. Hist of Terv p24

The fawn bitch, Lola, won many CAC's. The issue of an all Groenendael line, and the distant relative of the Malinois Minox, she didn't give birth to a single Tervuren, but her fawn color reappeared in some of her grandchildren, and it is through her that the Minox's Malinois ancestry and color lives in today's Tervuren.
