died from cancer at almost 14yrs of age
Owner's comments: Noelle certainly took the meaning of her name "Queen Noelle", to heart. She always believed she was Queen of all she surveyed! When I met Noelle it was clear this girl needed a job. So we started tracking training. She proved to be well suited to the task, and earned both her TD and TDX on the first attempt. Though Noelle had been purchased as a pet, it seemed she might have potential as a show dog. So we started her show career. She loved being the center of attention, and finished her championship with three majors. Barbara then took the lead and piloted Noelle to her CGC certificate. The third person in Noelle's "support staff" is Barbara's husband Bob. Bob kept Noelle in good condition to show, by taking her for daily walks/runs. Noelle knew just how to demand what she wanted from Bob, and Bob knew just when to give in to her demands. Their special treat was sharing a tin of sardines. We lost Noelle to cancer just a few short weeks ago. It hardly seems possible that she was almost 14 years old. Wasn't it just yesterday that she was a mischievous pup? We're thankful for so many memories of the way she enriched our lives. She is deeply missed and treasured always.
