The Bois de a Deule kennel began in 1903 with the couple, Bergeot and Mirza, whose breeding results were not satisfactory. It diligently followed the show results and acquired in 1907 or 1908 two females (Fleche II & Lolo de Watermael), from each of the two lines at the base of the variety, that had placed in the limelight.
Lolo was the prettier of the two.
The products of these two bitches assured the success of the Bois de la Deule kennel, who as a result, never stopped from belonging to the best of the Malinois Breeders. BBA p51-52
