1982 WD & BOW BSCA National Specialty
Drakkar is well known for his excellent outline which he passes on to his puppies. He is an inbred son of Ch Boris de la Pouroffe and is very important in our breeding programme.
At the Downeaster Specialty, Drakkar was BOW for five points and came from the classes to defeat the estabilished champions to take the breed. He then went on to win a Working Group III defeating nearly 800 dogs and placing him third in national standing for total dogs defeated. Unfortunately he cut his leg badly and was not able to be shown to finish his championship until 1982 National Specialty where he was Best of Winners for five points.
