Minox (Minox du Camp) LOSH 15141 was born on 6 May 1921, from 5+ generations of known Malinois ancestry. He was a fawn with black masking and a blackened collarette. That same year, on 22 November, Colette ex Folette was born, with four generations of known Malinois origins behind her. Tervueren had been born in Malinois litters for years prior to this, but their lines had not continued. The Tervueren from Malinois had better masking, longer fixed in the Malinois lines than in the Tervueren lines of that time.
Minox & Colette ex Folette were bred together, producing a litter in 1924 that forever altered Tervueren & Groenendael history & genealogies. The breeder was Mr J Dessart of Binche.
One offspring, Lakme, entered the de la Sente kennel of Mr Baudouin, in France. Bred to Anick de la Sente, a Groenendael, Lakme produced the black Fabius de la Sente. Bred to the black French Champion Pitou des Barricades, Lakme produced French Champion Manon de la Sente, a Groenendael. Both Fabius and Manon de la Sente played roles, through their descendants, in later Groenendael and Tervueren history.
Hist of the Terv p17

She was imported by the Sente kennel in 1927. She was a slightly long, large bitch, with good legs. She was well within type and was going to influence both long hair varieties for some time. Her color was transmitted through her Groenendael descendants. BBA p62
