1923 - Oliver Ormsby Page imports the long-hair-fawn Cesar to the US. Cesar was bred by the Belgian, Robert Henry, who in 1924 sends Switzerland its first Belgian-bred Tervuren.

1926 - The black bitch, La Terrible Lionne, bred to the fawn Cesar, produces the first registered American inter-variety litter. BBA p8
