About this time, Mom was able to acquire an adult bitch from Dorothy Hollister, Dentelle du Val de Tonnere (Lace). Lace gave us a different line to incorporate with what we had, that being heavily line-bred on Dandy.
Our second litter was the breeding of Kriquette to Amez. It was the 'A' de Bonheur litter which produced two High in Trial winners; AKC Ch Aries Jed de Bonheur CDX, the first Tervuren owned by Martha Schubert of Windsong kennel, and Astral Ember de Bonheur CD, the introduction into the breed for the late breeder judge Kay Maves.
Then Mom decided to put Bonheur first and bred Champ to Lace to produce the Maves' Canadian specialty winning AKC/CKC Ch Bonheur's Bashful Bandit, AKC Ch Bonheur's Bea Myne, and Bonheur's Bobbins & Pins BAR (Bobbie).
